I've taken things slowly and gently
I've meditated, prayed, contemplated
I've done what helps me feel better
I've moved, walked, danced
I've given and received love
I've listened to my body
I've savored the beauty
I've felt grateful
This list, featuring just some ideas, is a gentle invitation to acknowledge the ways we are taking good care.
Inviting us to look beyond constructs of productivity and doing and busyness, and guiding us more towards being.
Remembering that taking good care will look differently for all of us, and might look differently day to day.
