FALL COHORTS START OCTOBER 2019
SPRING COHORTS START MARCH 2020
This eight-week group offers a space for students to explore personal and relational challenges and grow into more helpful ways of relating to self and others.
Members help co-create a connected and supportive space to practice and strengthen self-awareness, self-compassion, healthy communication, assertiveness, boundary setting and an overall improvement in relational effectiveness.
In groups, the interplay among participants provides a rich practice space to better get to know and improve how we relate to ourselves and others.
As group sharing unfolds, members practice being present in their bodies, connecting to and vocalizing their emotional experiences with others, and experience being seen and heard.
Group meetings open with a brief mindfulness practice, followed by a fluid group exploration. Commonly explored topics might include self-doubt, anxiety, stress, depression, family issues, dating, career concerns and interpersonal relationships.
